As part of the GameOn Erasmus+ PlayQuest trip in Prague, participants visited Albi, the Czech board game giant. From learning how games go from idea to shelf to creating their own prototypes, the day was packed with creativity, teamwork, and inspiration on the social impact of games.

PlayQuest Prague continued with MindMaze’s Mystery City – The Astronomer’s Treasure. This outdoor escape room led participants through Prague’s Old Town, solving puzzles with treasure maps and magical props. The scavenger hunt combined history, teamwork, and fun, while inspiring reflection on skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial potential for similar activities in Malta.

The PlayQuest journey continued at Prague’s Prison Island, where Maltese and Czech participants faced 29 thrilling challenges. In mixed teams, they raced the clock, solved puzzles, and strengthened friendships. More than fun, it was a lesson in teamwork, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship—core values of the GameOn project.

PlayQuest kicked off in Prague with a visit to The Grail, a vibrant hub for board games and community. Maltese and Czech participants connected through play, laughter, and teamwork, while also learning about entrepreneurship from The Grail’s founders. A perfect start to the GameOn adventure.

GameOn.mt is heading to Prague this August for a week of challenge, creativity, and discovery. From city-wide puzzles to escape rooms and board game cafés, participants from Malta and Czechia will explore play, learning, and entrepreneurship—transforming fun into purpose-driven ideas with real social impact.
